Effective April 4, 2022, Campus Recreation will reopen to all members who have purchased a Campus Recreation membership.  We will also resume guest sales on April 4, 2022.  If you have a current membership that was placed on hold due to the pandemic, please look for an email the week of March 28th with details on reactivating your membership and your new expiration date.  OLLI, Alumni, Spouses/Dependents, and Affiliate members, as well as Guests, can find more information by visiting COVID-19 Modifications.

The Campus Recreation Personal Training Program is designed to help students, faculty, and staff decode the world of exercise with a little help from one of our certified UNC Asheville student trainers. Whether you need an introduction to weight equipment, help with your power clean technique, or just want to learn more to start your fitness journey wherever you are you can make an appointment with one of our trainers to walk you through everything you need to know.

We are currently offering in-person and virtual personal training sessions and are only available for students, faculty, and staff. Personal Training will be offered for the Spring semester starting on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022.

How do I schedule my first session?

Create your account and register here for a first time appointment. You will be contacted by one of our staff to begin the training process. For returning clients, please get in touch directly with your trainer!

Please be aware that this may not the right service if you are nursing an injury. If you need physical therapy or an injury screening, contact Mission Sports Medicine at 828.251.6480.
