Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and instructional classes that focus on movement, technique, training, skill development, and the mind-body connection. Most classes are drop-in and are open to all skill levels. Classes are available to members of Campus Recreation, which includes students, faculty, and staff. Each semester provides a variety of classes, ranging from HIIT and Circuit Training to Ashtanga Yoga and Ecstatic Dance. The class schedule repeats weekly all semester long, and most classes are taught by UNC Asheville students, faculty, or staff! Personal Training Program
The Campus Recreation Personal Training Program is designed to help students, faculty, and staff decode the world of exercise with a little help from one of our certified UNC Asheville student trainers. Whether you need an introduction to weight equipment, help with your power clean technique, or just want to learn more to start your fitness journey wherever you are you can make an appointment with one of our trainers to walk you through everything you need to know.
