Group Fitness

Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and instructional classes that focus on movement, technique, training, skill development, and the mind-body connection. Most classes are drop-in and are open to all skill levels.The class schedule repeats weekly all semester long, and most classes are taught by UNC Asheville students, faculty, or staff!

Reservations for group fitness classes are available but not required. Please bring your RockyCard to every session.

All instructors are able to offer modifications to their classes and anyone can attend any class. All bulldogs and bodies belong!
