Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and instructional classes focused on movement, technique, training, and skill development. Most classes are drop-in, and are open to all skill levels. Classes are available to members of Campus Recreation, which includes students, faculty, and staff. Each semester provides a variety of classes, ranging from HIIT and Circuit Training to Ashtanga Yoga and Ecstatic Dance. The class schedule repeats weekly all semester long, and most classes are taught by UNC Asheville students, faculty or staff!
