Wellness Programs
Campus Recreation offers a variety of wellness and instructional classes that focus on movement, technique, training, skill development, and the mind-body connection. Wellness Programs is a reimagined format from what was previously referred to as Group Fitness, in order to allow for programming that focuses on a variety of aspects of wellness, not just physical fitness. Most classes are drop-in and are open to all skill levels.
Please bring your RockyCard to every session to check in, and sign our Annual Waiver ahead of time.
All instructors are able to offer modifications to their classes and anyone can attend any class. All bulldogs and bodies belong!
