Group Fitness

Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness and instructional classes that focus on movement, technique, training, skill development, and the mind-body connection. Most classes are drop-in and are open to all skill levels. The class schedule repeats weekly all semester long, and most classes are taught by UNC Asheville students, faculty, or staff!

Please bring your RockyCard to every session to check in, and sign our Annual Waiver ahead of time.

All instructors are able to offer modifications to their classes and anyone can attend any class. All bulldogs and bodies belong!

Monday
Full Body Blast with Jane, 6-6:45pm, SRC 213-B
Vinyasa Flow with Nora, 7:30-8:30pm, SHE 468

Tuesday
Cycle with Elizabeth, 12-1pm, SRC 213-B

Wednesday
Lower Body Blast with Jane, 6-6:45pm, SRC 213-B
