Reservation Requests

Campus Recreation will begin Phase 2.5 modified hours beginning on Monday, January 11th.  Access will continue to be limited to current students, faculty, and staff, and appointments will be required for use of all programs, including the Fitness Center.   Please visit Spring 2021 Programs & Services for the most up-to-date information regarding Spring 2021 Campus Recreation facilities and programs.  Remember, appointments are required for all classes, programs, and facility use through our scheduling app!

Need to use a room for a meeting? Are you interested in utilizing an athletic or recreation space for a program or event? Submit your inquiry by completing our Facility Request Form. All reservation requests will be reviewed before reservations can be confirmed. Reservation requests must be submitted in advance.  We require a minimum of three days for a basic meeting room reservation and a minimum of 10 business days for events or programs.  Pease review our Reservation and Rental Policies prior to submitting your facility request.
