Sport Clubs
What is a sport club?
A sport club is a recognized student organization which is formed to provide opportunities for students, faculty and staff to participate in a variety of competitive, instructional
and recreational sports. UNC Asheville currently has 10 active clubs.
Membership in a sport club develops the whole individual and adds to the collegiate experience by emphasizing safety, student leadership, member governance, skill development, competition, and fun. The success of each sport club is directly related to the student leadership of the club.
