That's why Campus Recreation offers such a wide variety of classes for students, faculty, and staff. Incorporate one or more group fitness classes into your day to stay on your path to good health. Laboratory-based studies continue to show the effectiveness of exercise on reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, stroke, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, obesity, colon cancer, breast cancer, anxiety, and depression.
Maybe you like the gym, so check out our Matrix© and Cybex© weight equipment and our state-of-the-art Precor© treadmills (with personal TV), ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, and adaptive motion trainers that allow you to change your stride.
Maybe you don't like the gym so much, but you can still get your exercise going to group fitness classes like yoga, hooping, spin, or CrossFit! Check out our group fitness classes.
